Well, i am still waiting on my order from summit, should be here later today or tomm.. I am curious as to what the procedure is when installing lifters that have never been primed etc?

I ordered the motorsports ones, and i don't know if it will have install tips etc. or not.... just figured it was worth a shot....

I did a search on this BTW>.... came up with pretty much nothing...

Depends on if they are hydraullic roller lifters or not. If you search the forums for engine break in or something similar you'll find good information. I'm 99% sure that roller lifts don't really require a break-in, but just take it easy for a little while to be safe. There were some good write-ups recently about correct engine break-in so you should be able to find something by searching.

soak them in oil for about half an hour before putting them in just to get oil in them. no break in necessary since they are roller lifters but take it easy for a little bit just to make sure nothing goes wrong. good luck
