sounds like a little sludge after that many miles her arteries are what they used to be. what type of oil do you use and how often do you change oil. how did it look under those valve covers no sludge a little or what.

also sounds like ur oil filter...wouldnt be surprised if it was a Fram

Exact same thing happened to my friend 2x, one time it was the exact same with u (started up in morning and no oil pressure) he changed the oil filter and it was fine except he put on another Fram ...the other time we were at the mall driving around fine, turn the beast of a 2.8L off for not even a minute, start her back up and sounded like there was a midget inside smacking everything with a hammer, no oil pressure at all!!! Both times were with the fram oil filter and as soon as he changed it everything went back to normal, he put on a different brand and its been fine ever since...Im betting it was ur oil filter

Just reread ur post, saw only #5 wasnt getting oil...couldve been lifters or sludged up pushrods or something like that

Yeah, fram is pretty much the worse filter out there. Motorsports, Mobile 1 and K&N are a couple of the best filters out there. Try sticking to those.

The fram PH8A does not have a anti drain back valve, so depending on the angle you oil filter sits the oil drains back when you stop the car and you get a dry start next time

I beleve the "better" frams have one (DG8A)but I can't remeber and don't really care that much.

I love Wix 51515's

cheap and good
