The low beam headlight, and one foglight are out. Any specific bulbs to buy for either one, or just go get whats available?

And for the T-45... whats the best manual tranny fluid to use? The manual called for Dexron ATF or someting along those lines, but is there one thing that is better than another?

Sorry for all the questions, just trying to stay ontop of this car with mantenence right off the bat..:nice:

I use Mobil 1 synthetic ATF in my t45. Although some people will recommend Royal Purple. You can use any oil that is Mercon ATF approved.

Allright, thanks. Just fill it up to right below the bottom of the hole, right?

I might have trouble changing it, ive never had something that sits so freakin low to the ground.

I recently replaced a bulp in one of my fog lights and just picked one up from O'Reilys.. but one light is brighter than the other now :(

Btw.. I would investigate as to why that light went out. Mine went out because I had a small crack on top of the assembly that let water in, if water gets in their the bulb will go poof :)

Indeed...I always try to replace bulbs in pairs. I figure that the headlights are on the same amount of time, so if you're right one goes out chances are the left one isn't far behind. And I also agree with the moisture thing...bulbs don't like to be in a contained area with a lot of moisture.

I used Mobil1 ATF in my T3650, but it also applies to your T45. It still doesn't feel right putting ATF in a manual trans...

Any tips for getting under there to change the trans fluid and have the car sitting level? I dont have a lift or anything... I have a set of ramps and a set of jackstands to work with, haha.

Not sure why the light went out though... it was one of those expensive Silverstar bulbs ($20 a bulb!!!) so I went with some regular halogen replacments, and went ahead and did both sides.

Now I just need a fog light bulb.
