I'm thinking about getting a late modle (01+) Lightning this spring/summer. Can anyone point me to some info on Lightnings? Anyone drive them in the snow?

A friend of mine bought an 01 with 19K at the end of summer 2006. He let me drive it, and I was hooked. I bought one last week on December 8th. They are a blast to drive, but I would hate to drive it on the day that is snows heavily. I'm sure if your get 4 16" of 4 17" steel wheels with good tires and weigh the bed down, you should be fine. Just stay out of boost. I had a regular f-150 4x2 once, and I never got stuck.
I'm still leaning towards a 4x4 truck, but with a snowless MI winter, I really want a Lightning lol
