Will this MAF bolt right on and plug in with out an adapter for the MAF harness?

Yes. I believe you'll need a tune, however.

yeah i know i just wanna make sure fitment is all good and everything plugs in.

As stated above, you'll need the proper transfer function program to make it work....and you'll really need to work to stretch the stock intake tube over it.
