How much RWHP is a lightning MAF good for? Do I need to have it calabrated for 42lbs injectors? Can my tuner do this when I get it dyno tuned? Thanks for the info!

Actually no and yes. Ford MAF's are not calibrated to any injector size. The injector size is determined by the injector slope scalars set in the EEC. The MAF is calibrated to a voltage curve, that voltage curve is also entered into the EEC, so both require changes to the tune but are not dependent on each other.
