The ones that don’t exist, lol Thought they were real!

Edit: went back and found the photo I was thinking of. They are real I think but not actual Turbines. MFW wheels that I’m assuming pay tribute to the turbines, and they are 18’s, not 17’s:

I think MFW is affiliated with Makers Garage.

Still look good. But knowing Makers Garage Cobra replica pricing and other MFW wheels, these will probably be north of $2,500 a set.

That's why I can't afford them, your set is on it's way. Still waiting on that supercharger you were sending me in exchange for them....

I have a plan...

When it comes in, I'm going to bring it back to yesterday. Then we're all set.

Well, I doubt I'll get to it anytime soon, but I broke down and bought a cheap replacement fuel pump just so I can get it running again. I don't have any concrete plans or anything atm, but I'm thinking that I may actually start something on this in the next couple of months. I've gotten it turned around in the end stall and got the engine hoist assembled, and I've broken down about half of the sides of my trailer that I used when I moved back. The plan is to make cribbing from that extra lumber, plus what was left here by the previous owner, so I can crawl around underneath it til I break down and purchase a lift. I think, for this coming summer, I'm just going to swap in the new T5 and get it running and driving, then maybe tear it completely down next year and go to town on everything.

More parts for the pile have been ordered. Obviously got them through Amazon, that's because I had plenty of points on my Amazon card to get them for $0 out of pocket.

T5 swap and a gear swap coming soon! (well, not that soon - still have plenty of other stuff to get taken care of.... )

Pinion Setting Tool?

What does one need this for? How does this tool 'set the pinion'?
