Line Lock...

I wanted to pick up an SLP Line Lock but when I called SLP I found out that they were backordered until mid April. Anyone know of another place to find one of these or of another mfg? I understand the SLP is specifically designed for our cars and is an easy install. If I can't get that one, how hard is the install on the Hurst version or any other you may recommend...thanks for your help....

I was cheap and bought the biondo unit from Summit, but a lot of people prefer the Hurst one. You can find a good install article by joe Lynch. I do not have the link off hand. Also, search on here and over at corral.net (SliderGT) for more info. I wrote up an article about a year ago about the install of my line lock.

i have an auto, i no the SLP line lock kit works with the auto. does the hurst roll control kit work with the auto? nad would i be better of buying a trans-brake valve body, or jsut a street/strip valve body with the line lock?

the hurst works with a c4, we did one on a customers car

i would use the SLP if i was building a modular
