Reconnecting AC lines on a 1991 Vert

Hi All,

Well i hit another wall on this vert. I purchased the complete AC kit from LMR and was installing it this weekend. But now looks like I'm having a hard time connecting the line that is next to the radiator. It won't snap in. Do you guys have a tip on how I can snap it in place where the spring pops in place to secure the line? Also, the round plastic washer that secure also broke. Chinese made.

Put a little o ring grease on tbe o rings and fittings

Hold both ends and firmly push

I had one give me a hard time in a customers car but it went

The white caps are dust / debris plugs for the fittings
