SALEEN (no explanation needed) ....

A suggestion: There should be another thread for companies NOT to avoid.

Age Classic, there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Phone lines dont exist, and emails arent responded to, check their ebay feedback, you'll see what I mean.

Once you pay, you're on your own.

Hood I ordered from them was not in the best shape.

ive ordered a bunch of parts both cosmetic and performance from many different companies. the only one i have a serious problem with was

DRIVETRAIN SPECIALIST! they are a bunch of liars and rip off artists over there.

i wanted my eaton posi for the rear. i found an auction on ebay for the eaton form drivetrain specialist for a good price. so i called them and asked if i could order the eaton from them for the price they had it for on ebay as i was not an ebay user. they said sure and charged my credit card the price i was promised by them.

when i got my posi they sent me the frpp one. thought it was a mistake called them numerous times to try to get it straightened out. they would not work with me i wound up paying a huge price to get my eaton that i wanted all along. i paid more then i could have gotten it from other companies. they straight up lied about the price.

Well IMO any company is going to have one mistake, well maybe, i still have yet to have a problem with partshopper.

My bad experience is with coolblueperformance. i'm not going to go into it again cause it has already been posted.

yeah, but the point of this thread is just that, to see who has the most "mistakes" so we can stay away from them. Even if you think it's just one, you never know about the millions of other problems with other customers until you ask someone else.

Let me just say this, i love my kenne bell but there customer service blows! You have to try for hours literaly to get through one of there 2 phone lines and when u finally do get through the dudes there arent the most curtious of fellows.
If you ever buy a kenne bell have a good machanic friend on hand who knows fords, and have a good dyno shop incase you have any tuning problems because kenne bell doesnt really worry about good customer service in my opinion.

SSBC-"forgot" to send my brake setup 4 times. the worst C.S. i've ever delt with. talked to head maneger of C.S. who got let go 2 days after I spoke with him. Lost my info in their system. first got sent non plated rotors when I ordered plated ones, then I got corvette rotors somehow. In the end, they had six wrong rotors that they had to come and pick up from my house.

Did not get the right setup for a month and a half after I should've had them.

I'm with you on Dallas Mustang. Every time I go in there, they treat me like I'm wasting their time, or getting on their nerves. There is only one guy there that has good service. I forget his name, but he looks like a hippy and drives a red 93 Cobra.

I was getting tired of dealing with them anwyways, but the Christmas present incident is the straw that broke the camel's back. We will NEVER spend another dime there again. We are fed up. I've spent at least a couple thousand dollars there between all my stangs I've owned.
My wife bought me a gift set from there for Christmas. I won't get into the specifics, but they couldn't take care of a customer with an obviously defective item. They ignored my wife's problem for a couple of months, giving her the runaround, not calling her back like they promised, until she sent them a really nasty fax. Only then did they even attempt to take care of it, and even at that it was a half-ass fix. It was only about a 50$ purchase.
So I'm not spending anymore money there.

DALLAS MUSTANG: HORRIBLE SERVICE

BTW, I would like to punch Kenny Northam in the face. He is an *sshole!

No offence, but this thread is kinda pointless. One guy is going to bash a company because of bad service, another is going to praise the same company because of good service. I see arguments galore in the horizon. And since you can't please everybody, and bad news travels faster than good, I bet if this thread is allowed to go on long enough, every company imaginable is going to end up on this list at some point.

At the same time though it's good to know certain details about incidences. Sure places might make mistakes and someone will get pissed here, but if you don't hear about bad customer service then wouldn't you think it'd be safe to assume the incident was a fluke and they handled it? I'd rather have this thread here and see multiple people say XXXCOMPANYXXX has horrible customer service and shipped me the wrong part so I'd know to steer clear of them. Then see another one that says YYYCOMAPNYYYY effed my order up but I got it fixed would make me think that hey...they made a mistake but fixed it.

This post makes no sense to me now that I've typed it but I wasted so much time writing it i'm going to hit "submit" anyways.

We can look at it more as a "Company Review" thread

Feel free to rename it to resemble that course of action!

AmericanMuscle (old Mustang Tuning) is really great!!!! I buy almost all my stuff from there... they have great customer service (I must have emailed them 5 time when I bought my mags to know what was going on and always had an answer the same day)...plus you dont have to pay any extra fee when you receive your order (Im from quebec, so most of the time there is extra fee to pay (tax,etc...)). There item are well packed and I never received anything damaged!!!!!

I give them a 9/10..... (10/10 would be free stuff....joke!)

A friend of mine ordered black deep dish bullitts w/ tires, and the smoked headlight set for his 2000, and he said that they had awesome customer service. He said that anytime he needs something he's going to go there first.
