Little update on the interior..... PICS

I started my subwoofer enclosure to go in place of my rear seat and it's coming along pretty well... here's some progress pics...


The front, two sides and two middle pieces are glued... mocking up the diagonals in the back.


Where it will soon be filling, (and bumping i might add haha)


My "custom bracing" to help the middle pieces bond well.


First shot of it mocked up in the car, looking pretty decent right now.


Diagonal pieces glued and drying. They were tough to set too.


Had to do a little bracing on these as well.






And this is how it looks as of now...


Once it all dries I think I'm going to put it in the car and fiberglass the bottom of it because of the weird grooves and such in the floorpan.

What ya guys think? This is the first time I've done this sort of thing...

I'm heading back to college for about a week and a half so won't be much progress til then... but when I do get back, I'll be mounting my battery in the hatch with the kit which should get here tomorrow and finishing up the hatch and installing my stereooooooh.

Should be exciting.

I want to go look for door panels up at Carlisle this week so I'll see if I can find some for cheaper than the 240 an upholstrey guy wants to do mine. It'll be about done once I get them and this install done....
