Live to see another day, thank you Lord

Before I start I want to thank the Lord for being alive. Here's the story, yesterday I was heading up to a buddies house which is around a 20 plus miles away from where I live. When I got there I smelled gas, I got out of the car and noticed that the drive side exhaust pipes was drenched with gas then I saw the fuel filter hose was sitting on the exhaust pipe and melted the hose and its was leaking like a faucet at this point I couldn't believe that nothing bad happened. I went to home depot and pick up a coupler and fixed it temporarily, I'm not driving the car now. Does anyone know if there is an aftermarket hose that I can use like stainless steel hose or stock hose is my only option? Any advice is appreciate.

I'm glad that nothing ignited and anything dealing with gas is never fun. I called Ford to see if I can get the hose from them and the parts guys tells me that I have to come in to look at pictures because he could not find the hose and that some hose's are obsolete

Ford charges $107.00 for the lines. I guess there a two line together and thats how they are sold.
