Hey Guys,

After mulling it over a bit i have decided to have the car i am purchasing truck freighted to my area. The car is in Orlando Florida and i live in Connecticut. My original plan was to fly down, look the car over, attempt any repairs and drive it back. After considering the flight cost down, gas cost back up and the potential for a break down or possibly to not even get the car running i have decided to go the safer route and have it transported.

I just did a quick search and came up with Montway, AllProAutoTransport and National Transport LLC. Montway being the lowest cost at around $690.

Does anyone have any suggestions or recommendations?

I'd rather pay an extra bit of cash to go with a reputable company that won't destroy the car. Its 94' Convertible and i would rather it not be started, they give you an option to select "non running" in the drop down menu. I'm getting the car with 30K for next to nothing (family friend) so i can spend a bit extra getting it up here.

I have used Reliable in the past and found them to be good. I find the big concern is wether you want the car shipped enclosed or not. My experience says , if you go open try and get the bottom middle trailer spot. Enclosed you want the car on top so nothing drips on it.
