Just wanted to pop in and introduce myself. I've been a long time lurker who sold off his toys (97 GT 'vert and 65 GT FB) years back when the kids were little and I had no time. Now with two 11 year old helpers in the garage, one of them a lifetime Mustang fanatic like Dad, we got the OK from Mom to start a new project. In process of securing another 65 FB, this one is a total basket case but it's unmolested at least and within our price range. I'm shocked at what FB's go for these days! We're not planning on starting the project until spring, but it's giving us a chance to get the shop cleaned out and ready to go. Both my boys are looking forward to learning to weld, grind, swear, etc.
We'll start a thread with pics when we pick up the car, hopefully sometime in February. Looking forward to getting back into this after 10 years.....
