Had the guy who did my engine put the long-tubes on. He said it was the worst set he's ever had to do. I was more than happy to pay him a couple hundred to do the job. :nice: Seems to have a little more low end torque and the mid range has picked up and smoothed out noticeably. I'm not sure on the top end yet cause Regina Muffler and Brake hacked a mid pipe and welded it to the cat-back causing other weird problems with the system. :notnice: :notnice: :notnice: :notnice: :notnice: :notnice:

Shorties would be just as tough cause of the working space. If you're gonna do it Joe,spend the cash and get long-tubes. There's easier ways to spend 300-400 bucks to only gain maybe 3-5 hp.

On a blower car LT's and shorties make the same amount of power. LT's just sound better.

I would rather have LT's but I already have a Bassani X.
