Now I know long tubes make more power that's not the question, the question is how much power compared to just an x-pipe and the power to cost ratio. I mean is it really worth the effort and to put on long tubes and a short mid pipe on compared to putting on a regular x-pipe. I've looked under my car and looks like it will be a pain the freakin ass to do them long tubes and i heard there pretty expensive get them installed. I'm thinkin I should just keep my headers and go with a x-pipe. But i would like to know everyone's opinion on this matter. What ya'll think?

I am not sure if u are an SLP fan but their long tubes fit the x-pipe exhaust they sale. U see I have gotten my x-pipe thru them which came with some pain with the oxygen sensors of course. But the x-pipe is in sections so the long tubes from SLP will fit there x-pipe assembly just got to their site and check it out. Here is the forum for the site they say the full assembly w/cats will fit with their long tubes.

yep, just remove the 2 head pipes (which are clamped in) and the headers go right into the cats.
