Long Tubes with a C4?

Thought I had read somewhere that Long Tubes may not fit with a C4 tranny, is this true? I plan on switching to a C4 and I wanted to pick up Long Tubes to use while I still have an AOD in my car, but if they won't fit with a C4, than I'll just get a different type of header.

not sure on aod headers but from my experience mac and bbk longtubes will fit with a c4 and small bellhousing
