lookin for a few opinions

i am lookin into building a 500hp street car. and what i mean by street is a car that has a/c, power steering, and all the werks. i am lookin to put in a 6speed as well. i am just lookin for some peoples opinions as which route to take. supercharged,turbo, nitrous, n/a???? give me some feedback plz
