Looking for a small amp with a bass control remote

I have a small 8” kicker sub (4-ohm, Kicker Comp VR 07CVR84, 400 watts peak power handling) for my truck. Do you guys have any suggestion on a small amp that has a remote bass control knob. Just something where I can control the bass as needed without messing with the head unit or amp for bass while sitting in traffic.

But also JL makes one for the 1400e amp as well. That amp runs about $279.

I've got the kicker ZX1000.1 and have one, but it'll be a little too much for your 8.

Be warned, Kicker amps have a HUGE footprint. Make sure it will fit. If you need something physically smaller, look into Memphis, Blaupunkt (actually very nice and cheap), the new Punch series, AltoMobile(if you can find any), Alpine PDX, new Pioneers, Eclipse ICE series, Lanzar Opti (still the old-school design), ...

I remember a good one for you! PartsExpress has a buyout on the Buttkicker amp. It's only $88 and performs quite well.

I only buy my car audio purchases from indoaudio when dealing with EBay. I have not been disappointed with them yet.

Yeah but a Buttkicker amp just sounds cool. Then you can get the window decal for it that says, "Buttkicker Amps really Kick".
