Looking for aftermarket oil pan package on my supercharged 85 capri

So far, I like the Stef's aluminum 1060 pan. However, I'm not familiar with all the necessary parts with going to an aftermaket oil pan. I understand I'll need a pan, pickup, and gasket, right?

Who sells a simple package?

Any aftermarket pan shouldn't give you any problems but you have to make sure the pickup has the proper amount of clearance. Lay a piece of clay across the pickup (inside a ziplock bag) and put on the pan. Take it back off and measure how thick it is. You should have around 3/8-7/16 clearance. That way the pickup doesn't starve for oil. Obviously you'll have to bend the pickup if you have too much or too little room. And go with the 1 piece gasket. You'll be glad you did.

Thanks for the info. I ended up goign with a Stefs aluminum pan... AND it comes with a pump and pickup welded to the pump...
