alright, I have a 94 lincoln Mark VIII engine going into my 66 mustang, right now I have the mark viii motor mounts...seems to be a pretty decent design with metal and rubber"plates" sandwiched together...probably about 4 of each...looks like it will never fall apart....but what I am worried about is getting the power to the ground without going to the extreme of solid mounts since I want a fairly civilized car, these mounts are the same as the v8 SOHC 4.6L mounts they used in the T-bird....the crown vics etc etc have a more traditional motor mount setup....I have yet to see a set on mustang 4.6L though...looking for suggestions on the best setup
