looking to swap auto to a stick on 98 gt

Does anyone know what all needs to be changed besides the transmission and if it is really worth it Or should I just get some 4.10 and rock the auto :SNSign:

4.10's on an auto will destroy your highway drivability and gas mileage. If you look in the stickys up top, there is some info on WHAT you need and HOW to do it. I have an automatic and would love to swap out to manual at some point in the future.
