I am most likely going to get the Trickflow H/C/I kit and I was just wondering how the trickflow stage 1 cam will sound at idle.I'm hoping it will be a nice lopey cam. How big of a difference will it sound at idle in terms of sound(louder) and being lopey?
I know a few mustangs with H/C/I and when you sit at idle you can definetly hear the cam loping and it is very noticeable that the car has a cam in it.
I was wondering if that would be the same way with the TFS 1 cam.
Would it be noticeable that my cam is not stock if you were to hear it at idle or it is just a little bit more then stock.

Also feel free to comment on your cam and how it sounds.

The stage 1 will NOT be mistaken for a stock cam for sure. It sounds pretty good to me imo. Mine idles well without tuning and seems to be performing well. The car will be noticeably louder with the H/C/I on the car.

I got my H/C/I done two weeks ago, went with the stage 1 trickflow cam and absolutly love it. Like someone said, it still sounds great even with the idle turned up to 900 (which I hope I can turn back down once it's tuned) buy it and use it, you won't regret it.
