Bought a used one for $120 and thought I'd throw it on. Really like the sound
but it sure seemed to soften up the powerband. Anyway I took my car to the track twice in the last 2 weeks and made about 6 passes each time with a little variance in weather and here's what I found:

2:10 60ft - 14:00 to 14:10 at over 99mph without

2:20 60ft - 14:30 to 14:40 at over 98mph with

Same driving syle, no other changes

From what I understand, 1/10th at 60ft equals 2/10ths at the end of the track. So there is 2/3 that you lost. Weather, shift points, etc. could have changed slightly and caused the other tenth to be lost

Check for leaks, make sure its bolted on tight. Theres no way you should lose power by bolting on a mandrel bent, free flowing 2.5" X-pipe over the stock 2.25" pipe with restrictive cats....you should be picking up about 9rwhp...weather can play a huge role, and if you have a leak or a loose bolt it could be killing your performance.

The weather has been very similar in temp and humidity!

What about the MPH?
