Lost Keys

I bought a 93 LX mustang for my son to use as a track car. It is built for autocross. Nice car! Unfortunately, as soon as we got the car we lost the keys, or he lost the keys! Anyway, the previous owner was unable to get us new keys. What do I do? Can a locksmith make new keys? Can I give the VIN number to Ford and get new keys? HELP!

Ford won't be able to do it from your VIN any longer, but any locksmith could do it in probably 10 minutes.
