loud clunk on the startup after few seconds of running

hi, i'm not sure where its coming from... It does not always do it either, but it usually happens when i start the car after few seconds of runnig i feel and hear a loud clunk - sounds like its coming from the left side... the clunk sound happens only once and then i can drive it for hours and theres no clunk
anyone else have this issue.
the car is 07 GT 5 speed

that is definitely very odd. maybe thats the sound of the gnome n your garage getting mad and slamming his door because you woke him up?
