Loud drivers side bank valves and rockers???????

Ok I just got the heads back on, and the valves adjusted perfectly, now this is my problem; The drivers side valves and rockers when warmed up clatter pretty good, I have pulled the cover off 3 times now and made sure it is oiling correctly, and that it is adjusted correctly, but i'm still getting this problem??? The passenger side is quiet as hell, The pushrods are correct, the lifters are new and were soaked in oil for a few days prior to putting them in, the cam was degreed correctly, I even went so far as to put a full turn on adjustment in the rocker??? WTF..... I'm thinking perhaps there is something wrong with the head on this side, but I got them back from AFR a few months back, and they did the valve spring upgrade, and cleaned them up, thats it? Do you think I need to drive it for a while and then readjust them after some mileage? I didnt have this problem the first time I put these on my car, and I have done more than my share of H/C/I on different cars, so i'm kinda at a loss??? PLEASE HELP ME..........:bang:

Since it's the drivers side, install the upper mani and TB and leave the DS VC off and adjust them one by one, with the engine running. That might help.

But I would also start with a stethoscope and isolate the problem cylinder or valve setup.

Already adjusted them with th vc off... See heres the weird part, when we first start it after adjusting them it perfectly quiet, once up to operating temp it will clatter??? now heres where it really gets weird, after it starts to clatter and we turn it off then go back to check the rockers we loosen the lock and we can with our fingers take the nut off the stud, and its very loose???? Unfortunately it's the whole side, so isolating a cylinder is useless..

Ok well here's where were at now, we think the valve guides are tight on the exhaust side, so when it heats up they are expanding enough to interfere with the motion??? I just got these heads back from AFR, and the only thing they tell me is to let it run for a while and see if they wear in a little, or seat correctly... This doesnt sound right to me, but i'll give it a try. The car has about 20 minute's total run time, so i'm gonna let it idle for about 1 hour this time. I havnt drivin it at all, and the highest rpm it has seen is 1300 rpm. I dont wanna kill my brand new cam by going any higher. Anybody else have any thoughts???
