You guys remember me when I was a whopping 340 pounds right. That was my peak weight at some point in the Summer. I now weigh 280 pounds. Thanks to Paul in the beginning for getting my butt to the gym. I think my metabolism has woken up because at this point, I no longer go to the gym and I continue to lose the fat! Hopefully I can get back down to about 200, what I weighed before I hurt my knee. Maybe I can get better track times as well!

very nice I almost screwed up last thursday I was working out with my friend from work and we were doing a power matrix workout where you have so many reps pyramiding up in weight until you get to 1 rep for 3 sets well we had 405lbs on the bench and on the last set my arms gave out on the way down and dropped it on my chest luckly my partner is an animal and was able to pull it off me I will send you a pm for next week
