I have an 88 LX w/out the low coolant sensor in the overflow reservoir. A couple of related questions I have been curious about. If I add the coolant sensor will it fit onto my current radiator reservoir? Do you know if the wire and bulb for the low coolant warning set-up are in the gauge cluster? That is, did Ford have it in place in the event the car was being built as a GT (which had the low coolant sensor) but never made the connections? I wonder if any forum members have tried this.
