low end

I know these mustangs are no speed demons so... why not make it feel like one? I want upgrades that will help my lower end torque so when i get off the line or wutever the people in my car feel it. So torque good torque range in around 2000-3500 rpm range. I was already gonna go Eldebrock preformer intake Holley 600cfm carb and Tri-y headers. Will this give me some nice put back in the seat kinda torque?

Differentail gears are the best bang for the buck. Yes, they are hard to install, but you will get the most noticeable difference for the $ you spend. I put the 4.11's in and all I can say is that it is night and day difference. Not only does my car toss you in the seat harder, but she now fries seconded and thrid gear if you really lay into her.

My 4.11's were about $170 for the gears, around $100 for the install kit, and $100 in labor to have a diff shop set my third member up. I planed on installing the gears myself, but I couldn't get ahold of the proper tools, so I paid a shop to do it. Call you local diff shop and ask them how much for parts and labor to install whatever raito you want.
