low rpm problem

I have a 94 GT with a fresh stock motor besides a b 303 cam. it has started iddealing funny and seems like something is clogged up but at full throttle its fine and will catch second.Any ideas I got a new fuel filter for it.Where is the fuel filter located havent looked yet?

I'm pretty sure it's the cam thats causing the problems with your idle. I don't think nothing is clogged could be wrong
