Lower intake ?

I am helping a friend put his top end back together. The lower intake gasket he has is the stock one. Do you think it would hurt that much performance wise to go ahead and use it with aftermarket heads. The opening in the heads is a couple of millimeters bigger all the way around.

just get a gasket that fits the heads. usually the felpro 1250 i think is the best one...and is bigger. correct me if im wrong anyone

He has already started putting it together, (not my car). Do you think it will hender performance.

probably not...what intake is he putting on it and what heads are on it. if its the stock lower intake than he wont have a problem

well he should probably get the correct gasket. im pretty sure it is the felpro 1250. you might want to ask thumper460 or TMoss. they will know exactly which one.
