I replaced my worn-out stock suspension with Tokico struts/shocks (non-adj) and vogtland springs. Now I get a horrible grinding noise from the rear of the car when I accelerate hard and hit a bump and/or have people in the car. I have done a search, but it seems like opinions are split on the fix.
I did change out the bump stop to a smaller one, so maybe going back to the stock bump stop is the answer? I saw this suggested somewhere.
Or will I need to get Adjustable UCAs? or adjustable LCAs?
Honestly, I'd really rather not put a lot more money into the car, but I need to get this fixed - sounds like a$$ and can't be good for the driveshaft or the ebrake mount. I wonder why this seems to only be a problem for a few people...
