Lts fit around tranny?

I've got a 97 cobra and will be putting in a t-56 in a couple weeks. i figure i'll swap to long tubes while i'm at it. I'm looking at the hooker comp headers. will they fit around the t-56? is there any difference between putting them around the t-56 and the stock tranny?

mine fit fine... not sure if any other brands will.
