The lug nuts on my left rear tire have come loose twice now and I don't know why. I have tourque Thrust D wheels by American Racing and am using the acorn style lug nuts. The last time it happened, I made sure to tourque the lugs down pretty damn tight. This doesn't happen on any of the other wheels. Could it be the wheel stud threads are worn and I need to replace them? Needless to say, I don't trust driving it much until I find and correct the root cause.
