I got a set off these control arms years ago, and when replacing the struts last weekend I noticed the dust boots are ripped on both sides. No squeaking yet, but it's a matter of time now. All the old ads for the arms mentioned 'frictionless ball joints' - are the ball joints special for 03-04 Cobras? Or are they the same ball joints as all the 94-04 models?
Please, no suggestions for Steeds X2 ball joints, I already know about them and might get them anyway. But that won't answer my question.
