M&M K-Memeber question

Does any one have one? it says so in there article that it moves the engine back 1 inch wouldn't this cause problems with the trans/exhaust and so on? in there article in MM&FF they have it in yellow with the tublar A-Arms does anyone have this? i cant find it on the site in yellow.

I believe you have to shorten your drive shaft 1" when you move the motor back. Probably have to relocated the tranny cross memeber. Best bet is to call them up. 1st hand info!

Ive heard of people setting the motor back an inch, but never anything about shortening the driveshaft.

I'm getting a QA1 K-member and it has 2 mounting positions, stock and 1" set back, the MM should be the same.

Yes the k member has postions to do both stock and 1 inch back. You will have to shorten the driveshaft when doing the inch setback and possibly do some exhaust mods (some cars do some dont).
