Just picked up a hood...Its the style that uses my hinges and latch system. But im not a fan of the scoops. And the rear louvers. Do i keep it how it is or glass everything up and make it a regular cowl hood? Whats it worth to resell?

Dont mind the mis alignment...nothings bolted down.

I wonder what it would look like if you filled in the horizontal slats, but left the NACA ducts...

IMHO, the hood is kinda dated. Not really a fan. Just looks like too much is going on.

A stock or simple cowl makes a much better statement.

Personally I have always liked this style hood as long as you go with one solid color for the whole car. Just my two cents.

I'd smooth the top and leave the ducts...

Those rear slats are very "70's" to me. I've got nothing against the Mach scoops, but the back...

I personally like a simple cowl hood on the four eyes.

Technically, yes. That is the "turbo" hood.

Thinking about filling everything...and having a black decal made for the center and have the LX cut out..Like the gt decals.

I like the hood. If it were me, I would open up the NASCA ducts more & the slots in the back. Then again, I’m not one for going with the popular majority. I would say you got a good deal on it for only $100. Ultimately it’s your car & your choice. You can’t please everyone so build it the way YOU want it and enjoy.
