Mach 1 hood scoop assembly part #s

I saw the KarKraft kit and thought I should look into the Ford price since you have to buy the Mach 1 hood anyway. Or does anyone already know the MSRP on it from Ford?

If not, the part number or where I can find it would be great.

why not try the kit from classic design concepts. you don't have to buy a mach 1 hood, you just cut yours

I prefer the look of the Mach one hood. The CDC looks pasted on to me. I prefer something with an OEM quality look.

I do too. I love the power bulge in the hood. I don't know what the numbers are though.

The Mach 1 and the GT have different engines, and this requires a different mounting bracket for the shaker to the engine. Ford only makes the mounting bracket for the Mach 1 engine. The "value add" for KarKraft is the custom mounting bracket for the GT engine they include with their kit.

BTW, there are several other Ford parts needed; not just the shaker scoop.

i priced the hood and its 379 bucks my cost, and its on back order. hope this helps

Sorry, Frank... I meant the scoop and ducting assembly. But it doesn't matter now since the bracket would have to be different from Mach1 to GT.
