Mach 1 or Tokico HP shocks/Struts??/

I notice the Mach 1 uses the Tokico shocks/struts, and also Tokico have their HP brand, what is the difference between the two. The Mach 1 Tokico shocks/struts are $180 shipped and the Tokico HP are $255 shipped but is there really a difference between the two? Its mostly for street use. I have Steeda Full length and X2C upper and lower control arms with poly bushings and BBK 1.5" progressive.

The Mach1/Bullitt Tokicos are custom valved. The Tokico HP are standard valved to work with either stock or aftermarket springs.

So since i have BBK 1.5" springs, the Tokico HP will be a better pick over the Mach 1 Tokico?
