I saw a mach 1 suspension kit on gefracing.com for $300...

I'm buying new cobra wheels pretty soon and thought this would be good with it.
I'm assuming these fit a v6 fine.....but are springs and such a do-it-yourself job or do I have to take it to a shop?
Also....I bought a warranty with my car (3yr/36k mile, i bought my car used)......do items like these void my warranty?
And why i'm at it, think my exhuast already voided my warranty? I failed to check that and i'll be super pissed if it did.
