Made 400/458 today. What should i hit at the track?

Just curious in a 2900lb car with DR's what do you guys think I should hit at the track? I know some are going to be like "just go and find out!" I'd love to but I still need some safety parts to pass tech soooo.....Anyone care to guess?

Well it's got 50/50 and 90/10's and steeda full length subframe's if that helps any

My car with 407 rwhp has run a 11.02. But that was on slicks, air bag,QA1 shocks & struts, adj. uppers and lowers. Not knowing what is done to your ride I'm gonna say...........high 11's on DR's

Soo....What do you have for a tranny? T-5? AOD? Powerglide? A friend of mine ran 11.9 last night in a car of about the same weight and power with a T5. That was on DR's and it has alot left in it.

No just like I put it, Iam saying he has a T5. Its kinda on its way out but its not like nobody has ran 10's with a T5.

There are so many factors to what you may run. Particularly how good of a driver you are, track conditions (altitude/prep/traction), etc.

I see you trapping in the 120 mph range...

I am going to agree with the 11.8 so long as the driving is done well... DR wont give you all shes got, but with a T-5 its your best bet. I am knocking on the 11's door with my stock t-5 and clutch

Should go 11s even on a DR. Our 285 rwhp car on an ET Street went 12.1 @ 110.

I'll agree with that. Traction will be a big issue.
