MAF Conversion

Hello there i am looking to do a Mass Air conversion on my Fox. I Know i need the actual meter, the wiring harness, along with the computer i just wanted to know...

1. Is there anything else that i am forgetting?

2. A friend of mine is parting out his Fox that he Totaled and he said i can pick up the stuff from him. Wanted to know how do i go about taking the parts that i need?
a)pictures would help please if possible
b)where is the computer located?

1: yes....air intake tune from a MAF stang...

2...you need the whole engine harness...start unpluging ever connection from the engine...then from the computer (located passenger side kick panel) and then repeat with your mustang...

will be a plug and play deal..so you shouldnt be able to plug anything into the wrong plug...

thats all i can remember..

Sorry for sounding a bit ignorant in the matter but this is my fist stang and i am trying to become a bit more savy with the car. I want to be able to do my own work...

What exactly do you mean by the entire engine harness... every wire that i see under the hood i am taking out?

yes..that or you can just buy a maf pig tail as they call it from ford racing..but some will say it works and others dont...i say its in the willing..but idk...depends...

but yeah..all the connectors plugging into the injectors to the starter solenoid ect all have to be taken off and then pulled then the new harness dropped in..
