MAF tuning on EEC Analyser

I did read the help on te Analyser, but as usually im kinda not the smartest so i get lost right away. What do i need to datalog to load up the log on the analyser?

More important, After the log is imported to the Analyser,what do i do with it. Theres like 4 graphs were MAF Curves go into?What do i do there?

I have not used EA to work on a curve
so
I just can't relate
