Magnaflow catback fitment issue...?

Had my Magnaflow sys in for about a month now. I tried repositioning it to keep it from hitting the swaybar, but had no luck....every time I hit a medium sized bump or dip in the road, I'd hear it clunk under the car. I just had subframe connectors welded in the other day and guess what? No more issues. The clearance is so minimal between the exhaust and rear swaybar that the body flex was enough to cause it to hit......subframe connectors made a huge difference in the ride and feel of the car. I recommend them for any mustang, street or track. 
I just had my car in the shop yesterday for this exact same problem, AGAIN.... Same issue as everyone else here... it hits the swaybar when going over a bump... and is obviously worse with people in the car.
Should we maybe start a list of some sort to see who is affected? If this is a design flaw, then I would think Magnaflow should do something to help us solve this?
