If you are a kid and enjoy making racket, get the packs. If you only want to hear it at 3000 and up...go with the MagnaFlows.

Either packs or stingers. Those are your only two options

I'll be getting the Magnaflows myself. Loud is cool for about 15-min, then it's just obnoxious.

The magnapacks are only loud when you want them to be. With just normal driving they give off a nice tone and are a little louder than stock. When you step on it is when you really notice the difference. Don't be scared off them.

The packs are great. I get compliments all the time about how my car sounds with them. And the interior noise is not bad at all, or maybe i'm just used to it. I like them so much that when i drive in my friend's stock GT i think there is something wrong with his car, it just does sound like an american muscle car should. The MagnaPacks make it sound like it sould.

note: MagnaFlow can send my endorsement check to OrlandoStang PoBox 12345

I've been trying to decide what I want for a c/b and I was looking at SLP for a while but heard mixed reviews. Flowmasters are cheaper and reputable but I like the deep sound of the magnapacks. How loud are they at idle compared to stock? I'm running a 97GT btw, and would you all vote for the c/b or just mufflers? Sorry if I'm jackin the thread

I bought mine with the packs on it, after a few months I pondered with making it loader so i had 2 pipes made to bolt on in place of the packs. I like a load muscle sound, but I put the packs back on the very next day. It was increadably loud with straight pipes. It was so loud that i could not floor it with it out sounding like a their was a full blown nascar race going on. The packs are plenty loud to impress others, and still muffle enough of the nastiness out so every cop in the county doesnt turn on his lights when you hit the gas.
