I had a Mangaflow Catted X-Pipe installed not too long ago. Since then I would hear a metallic rattle from time to time... it was seemingly random but most often occurred during warm up.
It would also rear its ugly head while waiting in line at a drive thru. Horrible experience.
It was a little tricky to track down because I couldn't always reproduce it at a time when I was ready to investigate the source.
Long story short, listen to the video below:
After a few turns of the wrench on the bolt clip the rattle is gone.
