Magnaflow question.....

I have a Magna cat-back & catted X , but am looking to possibly switch muff's to something a little more throaty sounding ( not really louder). I just don't care for the higher pitch it give's off. (which is probably the x pipe) , but looking to see if a muff would help at all.

Any suggestion's other than flow's....what about Dynomax Ultra's or Borla's ???

FROM WHAT I'VE HEARD, DYNO-MAX AND MAGNA-FLOWS ARE PRETTY MUCH THE SAME THINGS...IT'S PROBABLY THE X-PIPE CAUSING THE HIGH PITCH SOUND... I HAPPEN TO LIKE MINE..ALMOST 'FERRARI-ISH'..TRY FLO'S OR MAC'S..

I know you don't want to hear it, but delta 2 chamber flows. Its not extremely loud, but people can hear you coming. very low toned (no high pitches). and i'd say in the middle of the scale when it comes to aggressive sound. Its very smooth sounding with magnaflow catted X (my combo).

I would keep the mufflers, and change in an off-road H-pipe, it will make it deeper.
