Midpipe...

Hey guys...i'm currently running a bbk offroad xpipe...hooked to bbk longtube headers...and a magnaflow magnapack catback..

I'm just trying to get my car to sound louder...up high and down low...its REALLY quit at idle...REALLY quiet...thanx

Any suggestions?

Magnaflow makes a great muffler and they sound good on a street car, but they are known to be relatively quiet, especially at idle. If you want to go louder and sound good, get yourself a pair of Flowmaster 40 Series Delta Force Race mufflers. I also have BBK LT's and ORH and with the FM Race 40 Series mufflers and it sounds awesome. It's going to be hard to dramatically make the idle much louder without going with bigger cams, but you can make it a little louder with those Flows.

I personally dont like the sound of flowmasters. Look into SLP or Bassani great sound and are pretty loud.

What is it that you don't like about the sound of Flowmasters?... I think they sound incredible on these mod motors.

I dont know, it all personal opinon really, but every GT around here runs Flowmasters and I guess I just like the sound of Magnaflow better. Im not saying Flowmasters are crappy just not my first choice. If I could do it over I think I would have bought all bassani but to late now.
