For an exhaust with mufflers, you've got about the loudest setup out there.

For a daily driver all I've got is 2 words for you, "ear plugs"

My Dynomax Bullets are probably louder than Magnapacks and mine is an "X" instead of an "H" so the sound will be different, but the loudness is probably similar. When I went from a catted X pipe to an O/R X pipe, my exhaust got nearly twice as loud (best guess) and the exhaust was already pretty loud. I drive 45+ miles every day and the sound doesn't bother me.

Does the "H" really make it that much louder? I've read where Borla Stingers and Magnapacks are very close in loudness...and I know that my new Bullets are quite a bit louder than my old Stingers, so, are the O/R "H" pipes just a whole lot louder than O/R "X" pipes?

i have a bassani catted X-pipe and cat-back it sounds loud but when i changed the catted pipes to off road i couldn't hear what my friend was telling me while cruising. But it is pretty loud specially with the magnapack their basically resonators with minimal sound absorbers inside them.

For $150 i couldnt go wrong and if its too loud ill just sell my H pippe, and keep the catback. OK so everyone says its loud but does it sound GOOD, i want that Throaty Mustang rumble thats i always admired.

The H pipe should be more "Throaty" while the X pipe gives more of a strange raspy sound - Mine has a raspy nasty @$$ scream to it. Love it.

I have MAC LT Headers, MAC O/R Prochamber and Packs, and loooove the sound! Nice and deep, no rasp. Loud but controllable. Live in Chicago and drive to work with no problems in the stop and go traffic. Can hear my music just fine, the exhaust adds a little bass.

If anything, I would KEEP the H pipe seeing as it is giving you a lot more HP than the catback. If its to loud, just weld some different mufflers into your carback. JMO

I don't think it's going to be exactly THAT Mustang rumble you've always admired because i don't think the packs sopund anything like a stang. But they do sound good and at least you're one of the 10% on the street who has something unique.

Don't worry it's an awesome sound, I've heard one in person. Except this car was a 97 or 98 cobra with headers and an x pipe. It was loud as all Hell and sounded good, just more like a cross between a race car and a euro exotic. I was impressed. It sounds a good bit different than most stangs you hear on the street though.
